Terms and guidelines effective 6 July 2026

Using Helpy

When you complete Helpy account registration, you agree to these terms and community guidelines. Use Helpy lawfully and honestly. Do not impersonate another person or business, abuse the service, manipulate ratings or likes, interfere with other users, or attempt to bypass account and listing protections.

Vendor listings

Vendors must provide accurate business, service, contact, availability, working-hours, and service-area information. Add only business profiles, names, and links that you are authorised to represent, and offer only lawful services.

Using reviews

Helpy reviews help customers make informed decisions about local providers. Your Helpy account name, rating, and review text may be public. Each contribution must reflect a genuine experience or interaction with the provider and follow these community guidelines.

Content that is not allowed

Threats, harassment, hate, sexual content, or encouragement of harm.
False or misleading claims, impersonation, coordinated manipulation, spam, or undisclosed promotion.
Personal or confidential information that is not necessary for a public listing, including private addresses, financial details, or identity documents.
Content that is illegal, infringes another person's rights, or is unrelated to the provider experience.

Moderation and user controls

Customers can report a listing or review and hide a reviewer's contributions. Helpy may review, restrict, hide, or remove content and accounts that violate these guidelines. Repeated or serious violations may result in account restrictions.

Permission to display

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Helpy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, display, reproduce, and moderate it for operating and improving the Helpy service.

Reporting concerns

Use the report control on a provider profile or beside a review, or contact helpy.support@gmail.com. We review reports and take action appropriate to the content and risk involved.
