Customer help

Sign in with Google, verify your mobile number once, and accept the current terms to finish customer registration.

Enter a six-digit PIN code manually or allow foreground location access to find providers serving your area.
•
Open My reviews to edit your rating or review. Use the report control for an incorrect listing or inappropriate review.
Vendor help
Use the separate Helpy Vendor app to register your business, manage services and PIN codes, update availability, and read customer reviews. Vendor-only deletion is completed on helpy.co.in and does not delete your Customer activity.

Delete your account
Account deletion is completed on helpy.co.in so you can review what will be removed and confirm again before anything is deleted.

Delete only your Vendor account while keeping your Helpy sign-in and Customer activity.

Or delete your entire Helpy account, including Customer and Vendor data.
Listing feedback
For a closed business, incorrect service area, or another listing issue, use Report on the provider profile. For objectionable customer content, use the menu beside the review to report it and hide that reviewer.
