Customer help

Sign in with Google, verify your mobile number once, and accept the current terms to finish customer registration.

Enter a six-digit PIN code manually or allow foreground location access to find providers serving your area.
•
Open My reviews to edit your rating or review. Use the report control for an incorrect listing or inappropriate review.
Vendor help
Use the separate Helpy Vendor app to register your business, manage services and PIN codes, update availability, and read customer reviews.

Delete your account
Permanently delete your Firebase sign-in and associated Helpy data directly from the app. If this account owns a vendor listing, that listing and its associated marketplace data will also be removed.

Reviews, likes, favourites, reports, and blocked-user choices are deleted.

Limited security or audit records may be retained only where legally required.
Listing feedback
For a closed business, incorrect service area, or another listing issue, use Report on the provider profile. For objectionable customer content, use the menu beside the review to report it and hide that reviewer.
